Minister Eric Hawthorne, a member of DayStar Deliverance Ministries, is a prime example of a young man living for God.  He accepted Christ in his life at an early age, and from his time of conception it was prophesied that he would be a godly child.

At the age of three he started playing the drums.  He could barely see over the cymbals, but he beat them with all his might.  Unselfish of his God given talents he began to teach other young children to play.

His love of music put him in the position to become the assistant minister of music.  Gifted also in finance, he helped DayStar become financially stable.  He currently is the CFO.

Minister Eric began to carry God’s word over eight years ago.  He is swiftly advancing in his studies and was called to be an Elder of the church in 2002.

Elder Hawthorne loves to play basketball in his spare time and he mentors several of the children in the church.  He has two sons, Ethan and Eric Jr.,  and they live in Allen, Texas.
